Yes, it's he Patrol shirt in sugarcane denim, which appears to be marketed as the CPO Okinawa.
It appears that the shirt shrinks quite heavily in comparison to the Chambray Patrol shirt, which I guess was to be expected. It looks like you will have go up a size on it if it's raw based on the Banana Fish 'washed' measurements. |

I'm sure Junky is carrying the raw version. Typically, within Japan, only Junky, Sturdy and Pants Shop Avenue carry the raw stuff (the latter two seem not to have it in stock yet).
Everything else is one-wash. Mushmans measurements slightly larger than BF. http://shop.mushmans.com/?pid=79921465 |

Never had a lot of luck with MF shirt sizing. Had to send a couple back when I've gone XL. Size Large has been better but never a perfect fit – I've sold all of them.
If I was buying the denim Patrol shirt blind I would of grabbed a Large based on the sizing I've seen on line for 3 Spring/Summer Patrol shirts – not so sure here? |

I'm usually a large (size 40 chest). I went with Large in the CPO. The stiff Okinawa denim shrinks to fit on chest (approx 41.5) and shoulders (Approx 18) with warm soak and over night drip dry. There is plenty of length in torso and this shirt will look great tucked or untucked It's a heavy piece of clothing. Almost jacket like. |
