What’s the sizing like on MOTOR engineers such as the 1st model? I wear 6.5 in White’s and Wesco and I’m concerned about Motor double sole. Is their sole flexible and able to actually walk in them?

I haven't worn those boots, but I do have a pair of Motor boots and I take one size down from Brannock with them. I'm a 10.5 and my 9H fit quite well, though a little wide. I tried on the dress engineers and those are a bit more slim, but I take the same size. I would guess that the other engineers would be quite similar.

Not engineer boots but I recently purchased a pair of Finnish army boots, old style (pull-on). The pair I got were unissued and had direct molded soles. They are as tall as riding boots but the leg through the ankle and lower leg is very full. They are a little loose in the foot, so I've had to use some imagination and thick socks so they are suitable for long walks. I don't have a camera, so I can't post a photo. This is what they look like: https://www.varusteleka.com/en/product/finnish-leather-jackboots-surplus/30216They really aren't 'jackboots,' since the leather in the leg is fairly soft. They have proven to be ideal for the swampy places I go walking. The shipping was pretty fast, too, considering that they came from Finland.
