Has anyone else seen this bit of the future?

Can’t say I’ve seen anything like that, maybe you can get some video- or pictures next time your around the area?

Sounds terrific! I want one.

I couldn't imagine doing without our robot vacuum cleaner. With three dogs & three cats it's a huge help keeping loose fur under control.

this from back in July, thought may be of interest to the gardeners here
finally made a visit to Derek Jarman's unwalled garden in desert like circumstance of Dungeness... [those are nuclear power stations in the background... churning sea is in front... shingle stretches for miles ... we went in one of hottest days of the year for socially distanced sea side jollity; mistake as no shade for miles ... ]

he is known for his queer-punk films (see his 1978 Jubilee) and re-visioning of historical figures (see his films on St. Sebastian, Caravaggio and Wittgenstein) - also did pop videos for Pet Shop Boys and Throbbing Gristle...

this garden is known for being a working with what you get in a strange environment (bleak sea, power stations in the background) rather than enforcing a plan...
... what I like to call a trash-zen aesthetic ...
the cottage is known a Prospect Cottage, it has this extract from John Donne on the exterior wall

Busy old fool, unruly Sun,
Why dost thou thus,
Through windows, and through curtains, call on us ?
Must to thy motions lovers' seasons run ?
Saucy pedantic wretch, go chide
Late school-boys and sour prentices,
Go tell court-huntsmen that the king will ride,
Call country ants to harvest offices ;
Love, all alike, no season knows nor clime,
Nor hours, days, months, which are the rags of time.
In that the world's contracted thus ;
Thine age asks ease, and since thy duties be
To warm the world, that's done in warming us.
Shine here to us, and thou art everywhere ;
This bed thy center is, these walls thy sphere
