Levi's Not Vintage Clothing

What do you chaps make of this? I found it from a thrift store.
- Looks to be a 70505 repro
- Big E tag -  single needle
- threadbare practically unreadable washtag inside the right lapel
- buttons stamped 350
- Found a train ticket of sorts in the pocket stamped May 1995

For what I know Levis started making repros back in the 90's before it was named LVC, so would this be one of those early "Capital E" specimens? But was it started as early as '95?

hi it's me again, any idea about this patch? and possibly the year? Repro? it is small e by the way

The capsule collection - I like Levis and I like Beams, but together? 

I’ve seen that inside out stuff before and LVC did the reverse thing with their 1976 left hand twill a couple of years ago. This is clearly a collection that has run out of ideas and the end of year report will state “Must try harder”.
