The denim jacket, Texas, 1938 - the date must be wrong on this as the jacket is a wartime Levis s506xx by the look of it, made between 1942-45.

The high arc jeans look to have a felled outseam, so not Levis. Probably one of their many competitors - Pennys, Sears or Foremost?

[Edit] yes the trademark stitching was registered in 1945. Lee were using it up until 1943.
