At Denimbruin I was lucky enough to get one of their 50s cut jeans. Gotta say I really love my pair. No arc or anything flashy just a very solid pair of jeans. This might not sound very flattering or interesting but I can assure you they are amazing. Pics to follow.

Good choice, you will def enjoy it.
Wearing size 38 could have gone 36 for crazysnug but wanted some room for a flannel or Sweater and not an uncomfortable jacket, and still giving me a slim fit ![]() Edited by davito - 05 Aug 2015 at 8:26am |

Seems hard to find a good type II in size 46, so I talked to Inoue san and he's going to make me one!
Yours looks very nice davito.

Once it arrives I'll post pictures and measurements, not sure how long it'll be. Likely a couple of months but we'll see.
I'll shoot Inoue san an email and see what he says. |

The custom type ll will be interesting to see, I never knew they did that I want one also but the arm length was to long for me so I got a fallcount type Il intsted and I'm pretty happy with it,but the cut is a lot more roomy.

Hey guys, I received my custom size 46 type II from Inoue san and I'm very happy with how it turned out! I didn't take any pre-wash measurements, but this is how it measured out after two warm washes and a trip through the dryer:
Chest: 46 in. Shoulders: 21 in. Length (measured from the bottom of the back of the collar: 26 in. Sleeve length: 26.5 in. I asked Inoue san to make the jacket a bit shorter and I'm happy I did because it came out fitting just how I had imagined. Here's some prewash photos I took, I'll try and get some post wash ones soon. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
