 Had my mother-in-law over to make some sausage. She was born a month after her parents got off the boat from Lithuania. I've been asking her for years to show me how to make the family recipe for sausage.  Here's the finished product. It is a white sausage flavored with all spice and boiled. Pretty pleased with the results.  A drunk and bloated fit pic after eating the end results with some kraut and pickles. |

Some pictures from this weekend:   This coffee place 'The Mill' in Lincoln,NE. It is the less hipster of lincolns two coffee shops. I really like the other place as well, but there's only soo much time for coffee in a weekend.  did a little thrifting too on the way home:    Shallow arc's on some '39109 0217' (lined 550's from what I could tell) I bought for my dad.
